Ethan Gilchrist

Ethan Gilchrist, Editor-in-Chief

Ethan Gilchrist is the Editor-in-Chief of The Talon for the 2017-18 school year. This is the culmination of a four year journey for Ethan as he reaches the top and plans to take The Talon to new heights. He has been on staff officially for three years with content published for four years. Ethan joined The Talon years ago with a dream of finding something he could dedicate himself to. Now coming on to staff for the final time he is here to make this the best year The Talon has ever had. Ethan’s goal for this year is to graduate high school at the top and head to a journalism university on scholarship. His goal for The Talon this year is to be an Editor-in-Chief who dedicates themselves fully to the performance of the publication and then takes that performance to its peak. He loves writing innumerably long feature pieces about the most niche groups on campus and taking photos of just about any action on campus. When he isn’t working on The Talon, Ethan takes some time off to play video games, spend time with loved ones and take a breather if there isn’t school work to be done.
