Boys soccer team strives to improve
December 19, 2014
The boys soccer team is off to a very strong start, winning their first two games against Corona del sol and Desert Vista.
One of their main goals for the season is to improve their team dynamics, as well as to make it to the Final Four.
“We really want to become a team where no one gets the credit and we all strive to help others become better,” said Harry Demos, head coach.
The team is kind of like a second family, according to Musa Morris, junior.
“We have clear leadership and a team who really likes each other.” Demos said.
The boys believe that if they can stay healthy, humble and hungry they will achieve their goals for the season, according to Demos.
“I think the season’s going great,” Morris said.
The boys face some tough competition this year, but they will work hard, according to Jackson Jellah, senior.
“It will be an interesting season,” Jellah said.
