Avery Massie, Social Media Manager
Avery Massie is a junior at OHS and is starting her second year on the Talon as a staff writer and social media manager. She joined the newspaper because she enjoys writing and hopes to have the opportunity to pursue it after high school. Literature has always been one of her passions, and she has been reading pieces of media for as long as she can remember. Outside of school she participates in club volleyball and enjoys traveling the world.
Abby Bryand, Social Media Manager
Abby Bryand is a junior at Sandra Day O’Connor. She has been on the Talon’s staff for two years, and this year her position is social media manager. Her love for writing caused her to join the paper and she is excited for all the opportunities to come. She is optimistic that being on the paper will give her opportunities to write creative stories and cover a variety of different topics, as well as get involved on campus. Outside of the paper, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, working out, and listening to music. In addition to this, she is a coach for 5/6th graders as well as junior high students at her church.
